My Question of the Day: When Kirkland cleans the house, he’d prefer if his four-year-old son, Thad, weren’t so willing to help. What Kirkland can get done in 15 minutes takes almost twice as long when he has to show and explain to Thad how to do the same task, too. Do you think Kirkland should let Thad help or find something else to do to occupy his son’s time so he can get finished faster?

His father, Dustin, is paying for Phillip’s education, and he wants Phillip to finish the degree in Finance, because he thinks Phillip will have a better future.

Father and son get into a heated discussion about the subject, and Dustin finally exclaims, “If you change your major, you’re on your own! If you want me to keep paying your tuition, you’ll finish the degree you started!”

What would you do if you were Phillip?

My Question of the Day: Hector and Rosa Milagros hire Austin to care for their three sons while they work long hours at their law firm. Austin has been with them for four months now, and they and their boys absolutely adore him. Despite a thorough background check on Austin, the Milagros are presented with a newspaper clipping by one of their junior associates that says Austin was once accused of child molestation. The article goes on to say that eventually the case was dropped when the child admitted that he lied because Austin refused to allow him to stay up past his bedtime. Austin never mentioned to the Milagros that he’d been accused of such charges. What should they do at this point?
