My Question of the Day: Astor’s landlord, Carl, hasn’t been paying the mortgage on the house Astor rents, and it has gone into foreclosure. Even though Carl is no longer paying the mortgage, he says Astor must still pay his rent on time. What should Astor do?

My Question of the Day: When you are at home, you’re in the habit of leaving loose bills and change on a small table near the door where you put your mail. It’s never more than a few dollars and a few coins, and you live alone.
One day a friend comes by to visit. You all decide to go out shopping, and you all are getting ready to leave the house. As you approach the door, you realize you’ve forgotten your cellphone in your bedroom, and you tell your friend you’ll be right back and to wait by the front door.
You get your phone and head back. As you’re approaching your friend from the bedroom, you see him/her scoop up the bills and change and put them in his/her pocket.
What do you do?
