I think they can be because of the pressures from society (interracial relationships) and the pressures from within the relationship itself (interfaith relationships). However, I think the pressures can be overcome or endured, but it helps if people are aware of these pressures going into the relationship.

Where you get your degree is another form of branding. And brand awareness is everything now days. That includes phones, cars, mp3 players, computers, and schools are top brands. And someone who graduates from Harvard compared to someone who graduates from university of Maryland will always be chosen first because of the name of Harvard.

The client should pick up the tab. Not all services are high end services that can pick up tabs. Example hair dressers, bakers, cleaning staff, web developers, etc. Depending on your business and pricing you may not always have money as a business owner. I would always be prepared to pay for myself if I ate out.

Not necessarily, if how you're making that fortune is by providing a needful service. For instance, insurance companies come to mind. Granted, they may currently make more than they should, but the basic premise of providing reimbursement to people for their loss is not a bad thing. Where it becomes a problem is when the profit is exorbitant and far outweighs the service that the ones in need are receiving. Or if those in need are being taken advantage of.

It shouldn't, but sometimes it can make a difference because of either the rigor of the institution or merely people's perceptions of the institution.

I think the client should pick up the tab, but the reality is that s/he may not, so you should be prepared for that possibility. If that is not acceptable to you, don't accept the meeting.

Assuming you don't mean a long or open-mouthed kiss, I see nothing wrong with it. I wouldn't read more into a peck than was there.

It depends upon what the woman said in this relationship. Was it "phone sex?" I have many female friends online; I even flirt sometimes online, and I'm married. How is "relationship" defined in this case.
