My Question of the Day: A vacation getaway is almost always a pleasurable experience. Most of us eat, sleep and sight-see on our own schedule without worrying about work. Many times we go on vacation and leave family members and friends behind. With that in mind, when you go on vacation, do you feel obligated to bring home souvenirs to the folks who didn’t get to go with you?
My 2 Cents: I don’t feel obligated to come home with souvenirs when I go on vacation. My vacation is for me, not to be concerned with what others want.
The last vacation I went on in 2008, my entire family and my best friend were on the vacation with me, so I didn’t have to even think about dealing with souvenirs.
