My Question of the Day: I loved “The Muppets” when I was growing up. If you watched the show, which Muppet was your favorite and why?
(this question used with permission of Warrick from the blog, Raising the Question; thanks, Warrick!)
My 2 Cents: Kermit is my favorite Muppet. He was compassionate, and he thought about all the other Muppets and not just himself.

My fave was Kermit. He was a really great leader always inspiring his friends and helping them make better decisions.

LikeDislikeAnimal. Without a doubt. He was crazy and wild and loved to play his drums. At one point in time I even looked a little like him.

LikeDislikeI liked Janice. She was totally groovy, a chick who played guitar. So mellow with no negative personality traits that I could tell. I heard she was loosely based on Mick Jagger. And what a set of lips!

LikeDislikeBunson Honeydew was awesome because he was one of the few muppets with an actual brain. A muppet that went to med school is serious business. Never knew why Ms. Piggy was sweating Kermit when Dr. Honeydew was around. Earth to Ms. Piggy, Kermit was a nude frog!

LikeDislikeI love Miss Piggy. She does what she wants, when she wants. And I love that she tries to be a “lady”. But she can’t help being a pig. LOL.

LikeDislikeI have to claim Animal. He always banged on that drum with energy and enthusiasm. Everybody else would try to distract him, and Animal kept doing his thing.

LikeDislikeStatler and Waldorf – those two characters sitting up in the balcony always knew how to “take us to commercial” with a nice laugh…
