My Question of the Day: Who do you want to take the series; Celtics or Lakers?

My 2 Cents: Um. I’m going to go with Phil Jackson and the Los Angeles Lakers. Since Larry Bird retired from the Boston Celtics, I lost interest in them.

LikeDislikeI hate both the Celtics and the Lakers – always have and always will. BUT Kobe makes me hate the Lakers even more. So I say “Go Celtics”!!!

LikeDislikeIm a bit late to the party, but The Lakers seem better suited to win this time than in 2008. Ron Artest and a more physical Pau Gasol is likely to make the difference.

LikeDislikeceltics….. firstly and foremostly because i am a certified laker hater! ive hated the lakers for so long that i even forgot that at some point i was actually ok with their squad (van exel days). now away with the emotion, celtics been running this whole season as the under dogs(do to injuries they had early on).. but somewhere down the line i seen them pull together as the 2008 squad that beat the lakers…AND YES I ROOT FOR THE UNDERDOG,(i’m a clippers fan.. lol), so once celtics hit the playoffs they started shattering hearts and scores of course .. everybody imagined this a bit different (cavs wanted to beat orlando, orlando wanted to beat lakers (to avenge their 2009 loses) BUTTT everybody forgot about the wild card – THE CELTICS.
with that being said – the celtics can beat the lakers but without a doubt the lakers are a team to beat. equipped with phil jackson, kobe, gasol, the triangle offense and play off experience this team has established themselves and raised the bar highhhhh. however, boston is skilled enough and equipped as a team BETTER than the lakers (minus the center)everybody on their team must show up to play ever second of that clock as together they are everything, apart they are losers.
