Ajan is a Danish initiative crowdsourcing microfinance of small businesses, favoring groups of single mothers and amputees, though other recipients are welcome as well. In order to get maximum effect out of every dollar spent, activities are narrowed down to one local community at a time. Ajan is presently on the lookout for partners involved with shelters and relocation of homeless Haitians.

I'm not removing any organization from the list. Again, anyone planning to donate should do their research on the organization s/he plans to donate through. Thanks for sharing what you found during your research. I posted your original comment so others could take advantage of the "legwork" you already did and make their own decision. As an aside, Wyclef Jean tweeted a statement about the allegations against his organization. Jean also created a video to address the issue.
