Slow-Cooked Chicken with Mixed Vegetables

by Faydra Deon on 2 January 2010

There are no measurements for this dish. The amount is up to you.
You need the following:
  • onion soup mix
  • mixed vegetables (fresh or frozen, preferably)
  • chicken broth (enough to cover all the vegetables and chicken)
  • chicken (precooked chicken breast strips (unbreaded) work best for less fat)
Dump it all in the Crock-Pot (I use a 4-quart) and let it slow cook until the whole house smells like it! Haha.
