My Question of the Day for 16 October 2009 – RESULTS
The Question: How do you prefer to find out about current events: radio, television, print media, online or other?
My 2 Cents: As long as it doesn’t contain commercials or commentators, that’s how I prefer to find out about current events. Radio (minus NPR) and television are my least-preferred ways of getting my news.
Online articles would be my most-preferred method of receiving my news, because I can take my time and read the articles thoroughly, find other articles about the same subject and then form my opinion from what seems to be the facts and the whole story.
Another reason I like online articles is that I can pick and choose the news I want to follow. I don’t have to watch and listen through other information in which I’m not interested before I can see/hear about the one or two stories on which I’ve been wanting more information.
