My Question of the Day for 07 October 2009
My Question of the Day: You’ve got a ticket to the hottest concert to hit your town in at least three decades. You paid top dollar to be front row and center. Your closest friend calls, says s/he has an emergency but can’t talk about it over the phone and asks you to come by. What do you do?
RULES FOR COMMENTS
1. DO NOT include links in your post. There is a place for you to include one link when you’re filling out the Name/Email/Website information. Comments that include links will be deleted.
2. If your post is obviously irrelevant to the question at hand, it will be deleted. This is a tactic spammers use to simply show up on blogs.
3. Please keep your comments respectful. We can agree to disagree without attacking each other.

Sometimes a rule of thumb is, when people come knocking…Who’s emergency is it, yours or mine? I mean really, sometimes people act like there’s a fire at your door. Rarely do people sound the alarm for YOUR emergencies. Choose a time at your convenience to help the helpless. “Selfish” can no longer be a bad word. God will provide when you cannot. His will be done whatever the weather.

LikeDislikeCan’t talk about it on the phone? I don’t deal with that type of stuff. Sounds like I’ll only end up as an accessory to a crime. I would also assume they are not in immediate danger since they called me instead of emergency services. I’ll holla at them after the concert.
